Refund policy
Refund Policy for UM Trader
Effective Date: May 8th, 2025
Applies to: All products and services sold under UM Trader, including but not limited to the UM Trader Trade Automator extension, trading strategies, custom indicators, scripts, and other digital assets.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases made through UM Trader are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Subscriptions to the UM Trader Trade Automator Chrome extension
- One-time purchases of trading strategies or indicators
- Any downloadable or access-based content related to trading automation or analysis
Once a product or subscription has been accessed, installed, or delivered (including gaining access via login), the transaction is considered final and non-reversible.
2. No Refunds for Subscription Use
Subscriptions to the UM Trader Trade Automator are billed in advance and are non-refundable, even if:
- You choose not to use the extension during a billing cycle
- You forget to cancel before the renewal date
- The extension does not perform as expected due to browser, platform, or third-party changes
- You are dissatisfied with results, experience technical issues, or find it incompatible with your strategy
We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods. Subscription billing and payments are managed by ExtensionPay (or other secure third-party processors).
3. No Refunds for Strategy or Indicator Purchases
All sales of digital trading strategies, indicators, or scripts sold by UM Trader are final. These are intellectual property items and cannot be “returned” once delivered or accessed.
Access includes, but is not limited to:
- Invite-only TradingView script access shared with your TradingView account
- File downloads or digital delivery
- Access through email, dashboard, or platform login
At checkout, you may be required to provide your TradingView username for delivery. It is solely your responsibility to ensure this username is accurate. If an incorrect or invalid username is submitted, or if access is delivered to the wrong account as a result, this does not qualify for a refund.
All purchases are non-transferable. Access is granted solely to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or reassigned.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you were charged twice for the same item due to a system or billing error, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@ultramegatrader.com. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded at our sole discretion.
5. Trial Periods (If Applicable)
If a free trial, demo, or beta version is offered, it is provided so users can test the product before committing. Once the trial ends and billing begins, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
6. Responsibility for Canceling Subscriptions
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle. Instructions for cancellation are provided in the account dashboard or billing settings. Failure to cancel does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting UM Trader support constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases:
- Your account may be immediately suspended or permanently banned
- You will lose access to all purchased products and updates
- We reserve the right to contest the dispute with transaction and access records
8. No Guarantee of Profit
Trading inherently involves risk. UM Trader does not offer financial advice or profit guarantees. Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes or strategy performance does not qualify for a refund under any circumstance.
9. Jurisdiction and Enforcement
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes regarding billing or refund claims must be filed in Taylor County, Texas.

All refund requests will be reviewed in good faith; however, UM Trader reserves the right to make the final decision on any claim.
